Super bequeme Betten, tolle Zimmeraussicht, saubere Küche und alles wirklich nett eingerichtet. Für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt wärmstens zu empfehlen.
Leider ist es schwieriger Leute kennenzulernen , weil es nicht so "sozial" ist , halt eher zum schlafen , wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben will. Das Bad war auf der 1.Etage leider kaputt sodass man immer durch ein kaltes Treppenhaus nach oben gehen musste.

The property itself was amazing. I knew it would be a little harder to find based on other reviews but it was relatively easy when i knew this information. staff were lovely and accommodating, even offering early check in for a small fee. the bathrooms with showers and toilets were clean and modern. There was a slight smell, which was also stated in previous reviews however it may have been the drains due to one of the showers being out of order - honestly wasn’t a big deal for me as you could tell the space was tidy and cleaned every day. I loved the layout and the beds were comfortable and it’s a great place to meet other solo travellers too. i stayed in the female only dorms and met some amazing people when i stayed here. it’s in the perfect location and the view onto the main square from the window was phenomenal. My next visit to Krakow (which will be very soon) i will definitely be returning!!!
one toilet out of order during stay meaning there was 1 urinal and one actual toilet available for all. they did offer you to use bathrooms in the upstairs bathrooms so wasn’t an issue for me at all! issue couldn’t be helped so you can’t really penalise

I stayed for 4 nights as a female solo traveler and didn't have any issues what so ever, I stayed in the all females room and everything was fine, bed was comfy and clean, and the view from there is great, all of old town.
the staff was nice,
little thing to keep in mind tho is that in the bathroom there are no hair dryers also if you want a towel from them you have to rent one, but it's only 5 Polish Zlóty which is about 1.30~ euros

The location is fantastic! Easy to find and friendly desk staff.
Stuffy rooms and difficult ladders if you’re in the top bunk. Doors are difficult to open and close without causing a racket, and a couple of the toilets and showers were out of order
