I did not meet any staff during our stay. Hence nothing much can be said about staff. Location of this hotel is superb, literally walking distance to the main square. 2 tram stop away from bus or main train station. Place is super clean with facilities such as kitchen, ironing board, washing machine and etc. This is really a hidden gem. We enjoyed staying here.
