    Good location, easy to walk to and great for solo travellers and comfortable bed, even had heated floors in bathroom!

    Only problem was the room door was very noisy to open/close, it wakes everybody up at night, anyway 10/10.

    They showed different room and gave different room. It should not be 8.7 rating, room floor was so noisy when walking, no proper ventilation, so there was lots of suffocation. No charger plug near the bed and no lamp. You have to take two floor stairs, with your heavy luggage, because there is no elevator. Staff was so flat, no smile on their face.
