Exceptionally hospitable hosts, super polite and responsive to all our enquiries and whims. Very clean and warm place with home-like atmosphere. We ❤️ heartily recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation in Krakow. Will come back again to this lovely place! The dorm room was as good as the double room.

The room itself was very warm and cozy, and we slept very well there before a long day. The location is very convenient. The host was also friendly and responsive.
The stairway leading to the rooms looked a bit scary. There were only two power sockets in the room, and one of them was occupied by a lamp, which made charging our devices inconvenient. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms is clearly noticeable. We had a room with an external bathroom. It was clean and well maintained, but there was a slight unpleasant smell.
