Our sister collected the keys,xwas a little confused about the location, however was immediately directed following a quick phone call.The keys were collected and instructions easy to follow.She accessed the property with no problem.

Absolutely nothing could have been better.The apartment was perfect for our needs.

Large comfortable 4th floor flat accessed by a small elevator with a fantastic sea view. Spacious open plan lounge, and dining kitchen area with a huge table and six very comfortable chairs. Kitchen area disguised as four large cupboards. 2 1/2 comfortable bedrooms with great wardrobe space and comfy beds. Two stylish, small 4 piece bathrooms with shower cabinet his/her sinks WC and bidet. The Concierge service gave us a warm welcome at their office and came to the apartment promptly when we could not get the electricity to switch on .

This apartment was expensive. We paid gladly expecting a a great sea view and a first class, guest centered experience. Compared to other Nice apartments we have stayed in , this apartment was poorly supplied. No coffee,tea,water, milk, salt pepper or oil on arrival. Only 2 bin bags and one toilet roll. The towels were small and thin, there was a lack of crockery and few utensils such as serving spoons or ladles and few small plates. The disguised kitchen cupboards made using the kitchen area impractical. The shower cabinets were tiny. There was no information booklet in the apartment. The concierge system was poor and unfriendly. Collecting keys and dropping off keys at an office was an unnecessary hassle especially in the dark and pouring rain! The service uses an app . Our download was incomplete and the vital section on using the apartment was missing. The section on the security deposit was unnecessarily negative and threatening in tone as was one of the notices on the back of the apartment door.

Great views and large seating area

Tiny bathrooms, little space to manoeuvre. No extra towels during the stay - for five days and the cost to stay seemed unreasonable

The location and safety of the property was excellent

The showers were far too small. Apartment was not too clean. Stove area was still greasy and some crockery sticky. No toilet paper
