Excellente emplacement. Très bien équipé, plaque, four, microonde, lave vaisselle, machine à laver. super douche. WC séparé. Vue mer magnifique. Piscines. immeuble sécurisé. concierge sympa. clim. Excellent emplacement proche restaurants, commerces.
Le lit pas très large, 140cm, pour nous ce fut OK, car pas nous même très larges. Passer son chemin si vous voulez king size. Bruit circulation de la promenade des anglais, mais une fois baie vitré fermé pas de bruit.

The location was excellent with views over the Promenade des Anglais and towards the airport. It has everything needed for a stay in Nice including a coffee machine, fridge and washing machine.
It was fine for 2 people, but would be a bit cramped for 4, although absolutely doable.

The view was really nice, right on the promenade des anglais.
It is very noisy with cars and music. The bed is in a kind of “box”, very small. No space for a side table or even to make the bed/pull the sheets. The vanilla perfume was so strong when we arrived we had to open the window for a long while. The TV did not work. The wifi password we were initially given did not work.
