Incroyable vue mer, 2 pièces refait à neuf avec piscine sur le toit/ WIFI/AC

We loved the location right on the Promenade des Anglais close to the Old Town and a short walk to the train station and tram stop. The public beach across the street was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. It was great to have a balcony overlooking the sea. A full kitchen was a bonus. The rooftop pool was a wonderful way to end our day. The small extra fee for an early check-in was well worth it. We had no complications accessing the lockbox for the keys thanks to clear communication from the host.

The double bed was comfortable but a tight fit in the tiny bedroom space.

Excellente emplacement. Très bien équipé, plaque, four, microonde, lave vaisselle, machine à laver. super douche. WC séparé. Vue mer magnifique. Piscines. immeuble sécurisé. concierge sympa. clim. Excellent emplacement proche restaurants, commerces.

Le lit pas très large, 140cm, pour nous ce fut OK, car pas nous même très larges. Passer son chemin si vous voulez king size. Bruit circulation de la promenade des anglais, mais une fois baie vitré fermé pas de bruit.

The view was really nice, right on the promenade des anglais.

It is very noisy with cars and music. The bed is in a kind of “box”, very small. No space for a side table or even to make the bed/pull the sheets. The vanilla perfume was so strong when we arrived we had to open the window for a long while. The TV did not work. The wifi password we were initially given did not work.
