loved the location, it was perfect. Quiet and unit was clean. Lots of notices about what to do before leaving, but none on how to use TV, and set the air conditioner. For the record we had both setting in living area and bedroom for the air conditioner the same. The living room was good.

Bedding could be improved - old and stains, flat old pillow Air conditioner in bedroom does not work well. It blows really low. Told the office said it was good? If it was working (we know how to set it up), it worked but air flow out was very low. We had the large fan, that we had to use the fan ALL night, but it still was hot and noisy. Obviously if air conditioner worked well why have the fan? Your office said why didn't you respond that it wasn't working when I had already told them to be told it was working...... Having to pick up keys at your office and having to pay extra to pick up at 4:30 - not good. It was heavy traffic and hard to find parking space on the street. We were charged over thirty euro from the train station? It all created a lot of stress.

Very clean and location is very central. The tram station is at 5 minutes walk and Zurich Bahnhof is 15 minutes ride in the tram. Coop to buy groceries is at 5-7 minutes walk and couple of good restaurants in the vicinity. 2 bedroom property with living room and small sit out area was quite convenient for a family of 3. Check in was very smooth and host gave very clear instructions.

Sijainti lähellä rantaa parasta. Kaupat, boulangerit lähellä. Suora tie rautatieasemalle 12 min. Hyvä sänky. Aamiaiset terassilla.mukavia, vaikka olikin kuuma.

Aikainen check-out (10 a.m.) Pyysin 2 kertaa kahta erillistä päällyslakanaa vuoteeseen. Pyyntööni ei koskaan vastattu ja kun tulimme oli sängyssä yksi iso lakana. Kaikesta palvelusta pitäisi maksaa extraa. Esimerkiksi pyyhkeet 25€ ja ne pitäisi hakea toimistolta! Viihtyvyyttä olisi lisännyt jos vessassa olisi ollut käsipyyhe. Samoin roskapusseja pitäisi tarjota enemmän kuin yksi/viikko. Miksi asukkaiden pitäisi ostaa roskapussit? Majoitus on kallis, joten pitäisi pystyä parempaan.

Location was fantastic, great restaurants, cafes and accessible to the beach

Property was ok - F1 weeks so over priced & expected. Location was great but better options available. no hot water, power kept resetting & management was horrendous.
