Welcome to PALMIERS TERRASSE, a stunning appartement, fully air-conditioned apartment featuring a spacious terrace surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You’ll be charmed by its location, just a 1-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais, and its partial sea view from the balconies.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed living room that opens onto a spacious north-facing terrace, as well as a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen that combines style and functionality.
The apartment includes three lovely bedrooms with ample storage:
The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with toilet, and a private balcony with partial sea views.
The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with toilet.
The third bedroom, tastefully decorated, is furnished with a double bed.
Additional amenities include a separate bathroom with toilet, as well as an extra separate toilet for added convenience.
PALMIERS TERRASSE is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.

Perfectly placed, close to the beach and the old town. Very exclusive apartment with one bathroom to each bedroom. Some minor things that we noticed: the apartment was badly cleaned when we arrived. No spices if you want to cook, not even salt or pepper. Toilet paper, that you must buy if you’re staying six people. The terrace is lovely, but there is a vast amount of traffic just outside so the noise level is intense.
