Located in the most prestigious residence in Nice, "Palais de la Méditerranée" in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 1 bedroom modern apartment gives you direct access to the beach and it's at only 30 seconds walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment is part of the "Mediterranean Palace" Building (5 star Hyatt Regency hotel). You have access to Concert hall, Casino and Restaurant in the building.
The building is highly secured with cameras, special keys to enter building and to operate the lifts and security guards and firemen are present in the building. The modern structure brings even more comfort with it's soundproof isolation and double glazed windows and the building is newly constructed with latest earthquake safety standards.

Great location for our two week stay in Nice. Easy access to train station and several dining options. Roxanne was very responsive and gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Building is very quiet considering location. Would stay again!

We stayed in this apartment in August 2021. We are well-travelled but this was absolutely the best customer experience ever. The jewel of this apartment is property manager - Roxanne. She is so precious, caring, loving, professional, helpful and awesome. All communications from her side before, during, and after the stay were top level. She is beautiful both in her soul, and in her appearance. She is very professional! Apartment itself is also good. SUPER CLEAN and sanitized! Good location: beach is in front of apartment. Apartment is facing beautiful quiet garden, has beautiful terrace. Clean private garage. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nice!
