Hotel Belle Etage

It’s very convenient for travellers without a car. The public transport runs just outside door and the City Center is few stops away.

It was well organised.

The moment we arrived, the host welcomed us and was extremely friendly. She explained everything we needed to know. The room was spotless and big. The bed was comfy and we had a good night's sleep. There was even hot coffee a some sweet snacks--something that we appreciated. The location is great, not right in the centre of the city, but within walking distance.

We found some tiny dark spots on the sheets, but they didn't bother us because the sheets seemed completely clean despite them.

Great location. Wifi was excellent. Bed was comfortable and had a fan so when I wanted to close the window at night I was still comfortable.

Kinda got lost during check in. With the key and finding the door haha but didn't impact the stay.

Clean room with all the essential things needed for 2 days stay.

There was anonymous checkin, so no one was available to help. They had a door which leads to all the rooms, that door was impossible to open with a key given. We tried hard and finally called contact person on the number written on a paper at reception but that number was not reachable at all, after so many trials we found alternate number and then the person said - there is a trick to open the door... Seriously if door is damaged and there is a trick you can also write that on a paper on door itself. This spoiled lot of our time.
