    - safety concern: door downstairs is always opened, no stuuf at place, potential non-travellers can enter everywhere - mold - no AC - one bin bag, even after contact with the support: no reaction. Quick reply from chat bot that all will be done and noone came.

    Firstly, the photos do not match the rooms. The rooms are much smaller than the photos show. There are no kettles and no toasters. Secondly, the assistance provided by the staff was non-existent. We had a parcel that needed to be delivered by courier but the hotel could not help.. There was a service bell at the front door that did not work so no way for the courier to contact anyone on arrival. Thirdly, we forgot two personal items in our room on departure, and despite 3 messages to the hotel about these lost items the hotel did not reply. It was a very disappointing stay.
