BHH Living Apartments - Zentrale Lage, ruhige Nächte, perfekter Komfort

Die Lage war für mich sehr günstig, weil mein Sohn mit Familie in der Nähe wohnt. Außerdem wurde meinem Wunsch, ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss zu bekommen, entsprochen. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war sehr gut, sowohl vor Ort als auch direkt über WhatsApp 👌

Wie beschrieben. Lage war gut.

Es standen Snackreste im Schrank. Es war nicht so ruhig wie angekündigt, da die Straße durchaus zu hören ist.

The apartment is located in a convenient area with good access to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. It also offers good value for money compared to other accommodation options in Düsseldorf.

The only downside was the lack of an elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs can be challenging, especially for guests staying on the upper floors. Guests traveling with large suitcases may want to contact the hosts in advance to ask whether a ground-floor apartment is available. Apart from this, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft zum Großteil leider nicht sauber. Es lagen überall auf dem Boden schwarze Haare und Krümel. Ich habe daher um eine erneute Reinigung gebeten, die dann auch zügig stattfand, mein Ansprechpartner war hierzu auch schnell erreichbar. Allerdings sollte die Sauberkeit natürlich von Anfang an bestehen. Die Apartments liegen an einer Art Außentreppe, sodass man immer die Jalousie unten lassen musste, wenn man nicht will, dass von außen jeder direkt reingucken kann. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war insgesamt gut, man hatte alles was man brauchte. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft jedoch wohl eher nicht noch einmal buchen.
