Good price and location for my needs. There’s a bakery and supermarket very close by
The single bed is quite wide imo, so not too much of a compromise on choosing a double bed
Breakfast is ok if you have low expectations and to close your bedroom door requires a hard pull which creates noise, so this might wake up a light sleeper

The hotel is 'ok', not the 4 stars it boasts though. The room I was in was spacious, but everything was very much outdated. If you're in a pickle and have not other place to stay, this is a good option, though I'd rather not go back to this hotel in all honesty. Personnel at the front desk was friendly!
At least one of the garbage bins in my room had not been cleaned out from previous guests.
The bed was hard as rock. The cleaning had also only been superficially.
As stated, the room and hotel are old and outdated (I had a room with an old radio built-in the night stand).
