Nice and convenient for DLR: less than 10 min walk to mudchute station then same again to Canary wharf. Can have a nice pizza and a beer there for dinner before bed.
Needs some general maintenance.

Was close to the venue we were attending and very cheap,staff were friendly. Bed was super comfortable and fridge was lovely and cold and hot running water, lovely shower.
Was very basic, tea and coffee box half empty, carpet dirty, just needs a bit of attention to update.did not ruin our stay though. Would stay again.

Convenient location in close proximity to travel links, fantastic staff, great vibes at the bar, and quality food. The hosts made conscious efforts to rectify issues, offering refund options we felt were more than fair.
Shaver was left in the drawer from a previous occupant, the room could do with a deep clean, lack of shower (broken at the time, offered full refund if we wanted to cancel), and questionable stains/marks on carpet.
