The staff was very nice, spent some evenings down at the pub as well, super friendly folks! :) Location is in outskirts of centre, so peaceful and calm, loved that Canary Warf was a few bus stops away, Greenwich also a few tub stops away and next is Thames path were you can have peaceful walks by the river or a morning run. Pizzas in the pub were amazing!!
Property itself could use some freshing up and maybe new matraces would be helpful, but for the amount of money we paid and how little we were in the room, it’s fine

The location was great, only a short ride from Canary Wharf. The bed was comfortable and clean and the shared bathroom was clean also.
The carpet was very dirty, and the room had a very musky smell to it. There were plates and cutlery provided but was also dirty. The room was extremely hot in the heatwave, a fan was provided but again, this was also very dusty and dirty.

The price was cheap and staying for one night it suited us. Unfortunately it definitely was a case of "you get what you pay for"
The rooms are not anything like the photos. The rooms were not really clean. The hallway was dirty and carpet worn away. Check in at 4pm was awkward and seemed late. Staff didnt seem to even know we were booked in. Even though on a map, the location looked OK, as we were going to the o2 arena - it was still a 25 minute Uber trip. It was in a run down area near Millwall.
