I really liked the property. It was clean, the coffee provided was good, and the location was excellent with easy access to the rail and Tube stations. The staff were also very helpful—when I arrived, the curtains in my room weren’t working properly, and a member of staff came the following morning to fix them promptly.

Unfortunately, the TV had no signal for channels 1–5, and ITV2 kept cutting out, which was a bit frustrating. The stairs up to the top floor are also quite noisy, although it wasn’t a major issue—it just means you need to be mindful of other guests when going up and down.

The room was nice and comfortable. The location is beautiful to as your near the docks and ferries. Parking my car wasn’t an issue too as there was free parking space available.

All door locks need updating as I had to put the pin in multiple times for it to work, and the bathroom door tends to lock itself resulting in you thinking someone is in there when they’re actually weren’t. The stair way and bedroom floor keep making loud creaking when walking on which isn’t good if someone is trying to sleep. Bedroom chair wasn’t great as I nearly feel backwards off the chair as it felt loose or broken. Furthermore when on the first floor I kept smelling some strong disgusting odour, wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Also my bedroom didn’t have stick to close the windows as some of them was too high on the roof ceiling to close.
