    Lovely clean peaceful room, bus to O2 from outside would stay again. Huge comfortable bed and a great nights sleep.

    Our stay at Zedwell Greenwich was negatively affected by an error on Agoda’s website. We booked two rooms for a five‑night business trip, each listed as a Cocoon Room with two double beds. The booking confirmation explicitly reflected this configuration. Upon arrival, the hotel manager informed us that such a room type does not exist. We were instead given a Cocoon Room with one double bed. When we requested a transfer to a room with two single beds, the hotel required an additional payment, despite the fact that the Agoda site showed a lower rate for that option compared to the two‑double‑bed configuration. We declined to pay the additional fee, as the misrepresentation originated from Agoda’s listing. Agoda’s customer service acknowledged the error but did not resolve the issue, leaving us with no choice but to remain in the incorrect room. Although compensation was promised, the matter remains unaddressed. From a business traveler’s perspective, this experience was inconvenient and unsatisfactory. The hotel is also located far from central London, and most requests incur extra charges. Based on this experience, we do not recommend Zedwell Greenwich for travelers seeking reliability and straightforward service.
