    Lovely clean peaceful room, bus to O2 from outside would stay again. Huge comfortable bed and a great nights sleep.

    We stayed here for three nights. The stay was in general adequate. Expect only the very basics - a bed and a bathroom with soap and shampoo - and that’s it! Pros: - Room was very clean and tidy, fitting out was quite new and well-maintained. - Staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for help and extra amenities. - Simple and easy check-in and check-out - Nice soundproofing and insulation Cons: - The room was smaller than expected. With it also being a cocoon, the room has no windows, so at times it feel a bit claustrophobic. - The weather during our stay was quite hot so the room felt a little stuffy and warm at times even if we put the air-con settings as cool as possible. - Room is a bit small with no storage or ledges, more hooks, a small table and a chair would help a lot already - Water pressure was a bit low - Would appreaciate more amenties such as a simple water fountain on the ground floor

    Stripping back amenities to give a comfortable bed and little else does not work when the air purifier made a loud buzzing sound all night which was very distracting and prevented me getting a good nights sleep. In andditon there was a light illuminating the air purifiers vent, whilst faint the lack of any natural light seeping through windows made it incredibly noticeable. I would only recommend this hotel if it is cheaper than any other option
