The Crown Rooms

Location, size of room, bar underneath

Lighting!!

The rooms were in a great location which was easily accessible for the o2! The bed was comfy, the lad on the bar who showed us to our room was very friendly.great addition of tea and coffee (could have done with some extra teabags as there was 2 of us and only 3x teabags) everything needed was a close walking distance.

It was freezing cold in the room, no temperature control for the heating that we could find. The window had an awful privacy film on so no outside light coming in. The window was open but so high we couldn’t reach and so got freezing cold. The glasses by the kettle had been used and not clean so unable to use those. The shower could do with a good scrub along seals/tiling (having said this it was usable inside. Wallpaper sheets hanging off wall.

Perfect location for an event at the O2. Love how secure the room felt with the coded gate. Member of staff who checked us in waa friendly and polite.

Pillows felt like they needed replacing, very lumpy and uncomfortable. Although the bathroom was very clean the whole place was very dusty, the walls, carpet edges and some surfaces.

Walking distance to O2 and also on bus route.

Music plays at the pub loud until close, was going on til midnight.
