    I booked a 3day stay at Travelodge on Blackheath rd London with a 3rd party, payment was taken and l was sent a confirmation. I got to the hotel yesterday and was told it was with their branch down the road and we walked to the other branch in the rain only to be told that our booking was at the hotel we were coming from. We were checked in although the person at the desk was more interested in explaining why it wasn't her fault than issue us a key. The next day we went out around noon, returned at 5pm and then someone suddenly opened our bedroom door. Soon afterwards 2 members of reception knocked on our door and asked, who checked us in? The person that checked us in was one of the people that was at the door. They said our booking was for one day😳. Right now, l don't know if l have to travel all the way back to Northampton to my house because there's only so much one person can take
