Comfortable room, quiet, large communal terrace, extra amenities like 24 hour coffee, free wine, fabulous lemon cake, excellent breakfast.
The B and B is on the second floor and up. A-lot of stairs. There normally is an elevator but it was out of service during our visit.

Excellent Location
We had difficulty with the WiFi not working properly. Was not working at all for me for a few hours, could not load email or text. Seemed to improve the next day but I had some business I needed to tend to so I had to go elsewhere to get Wifi. Also the lift was broken. We had VERY heavy suitcases and had to carry them up the stairs.

Great value, clean and in a good space.
Great outdoor space.
Weird "hotel"...more like an office space they turned into rooms. Weird entrance.
Loud; I could not sleep at night becuase of music coming through the walls.
