The hotel is in a beautiful old-style building with a great terrace for all guests which our room opened on to.
The disco downstairs was very loud for two nights out of six.

Location and breakfast.
Lack of elevator and assistance with luggages up many flights of stairs. One common refrigerator in hallway for multiple floors. Not made aware of it until last day at facility. Constantly climbing up and down stairs to after shopping or daily activity. My room was on the 3rd floor from the entrance. Very inconvenient and proved very challenging for older guests in my party. Breakfast was great.

It was located in the middle of the town
Everything you see when you walk up is disheveled there’s pieces of old rug in the hallway. There’s no elevator only stairs horrible to have to walk three flights of stairs to get up to the check-in desk.
