Hotel Barcelona Center

Location, and main floor staff.

There was a slight sewer smell in the bathtub.

The location, and the cleanliness. The room was even clean late once I leave the room, amazing service

There was an old phone extension in the toilet, a bit useless, and it was untouchable, the bocine used to fell off every time I took toilet paper.

The Hotel was first class in every exception, we went half board and the food was excellent as was the choice. George in the restaurant was a lovely, caring person as he helped us understand how the half board menu worked on our first night. Excellent member of staff. All staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help if needed. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were spacious with a very large bed. It was a hotel you felt very relaxed in. The seating area near reception was very comfortable, and both restaurants were beautifully kept. Breakfast had a fantastic choice of continental, english, pastries, fruit etc... choice of drinks covered everyone's taste. The location was excellent. We were near everything, shops, Rambles, park and all designer and well-known shops. If you are looking at a stay in Barcelona, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be going back to Hotel Barcelona Center. 10/10 in every aspect. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

There was nothing to not like.

The location of the hotel was great and the rooms were very clean. They did accommodate us in a twin room instead of a double, which was nice. The decor is old but they have made the best of what they have.

The whole hotel vibrates from the metro so I had a broken sleep most nights. The staff were not very helpful overall, there is a problem with the key card door entry to the rooms and they kept saying it was our fault deactivating the card. The breakfast is ok.
