Trouble using the outside door via app

The best value for money in Barcelona. Spacious, clean apartments in the most beautiful part of the city. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. They bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The views from the balcony were incredible!

I liked it. It was clean and good looking.

It was very noisy, and for the amount of money we paid, I expected much more. They even sent us a message asking us to throw away our own trash, which I found very strange. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.

Location was decent- especially if you like shopping (we don’t) Apartment was pretty small with the bathroom built within the one room with sliding doors. I was expecting the balcony to be bigger as in the photos but not a big deal. The Aircon didn’t work despite me finding the manual online- we just slept with the door open. The safe was really small (not big enough to put headphones in) but no big deal. The “mini bar” was actually an empty fridge which was useful however there was no kettle just a coffee machine which took pods which weren’t provided (we did buy some from a shop but they didn’t work). The worst part was no hot water after the first day in the shower- not really the relaxing experience at 4am with a flight to catch. Be aware that the staff are only available until 7pm I believe so no one around to ask after a day of sightseeing.
