Best possible location.. easy access and immediate communication.. very comfortable and a stones throw from the walled city and Porta Elisa.. I could not have found a closer spot to the entrance to the city. He provided me with a map and highlighted some important places in the city..

The host was super friendly and accommodating. He met us early on check-in day, pointed out the city sites to see on a map, suggested places to eat, and showed us what we needed to know about the lights, locks, etc.

Good location, quiet surroundings , hot water .
no space for breakfast , no kettle . dark-weak light . mosquitos . but it was cheapest room in this area .
