Decent budget hotel with good breakfast. Coffee & tea kettle in the bedroom. Fan & Heater in the room.
Toilet seat was wonky, couldn't shut the slide door. Beds were a bit too hard. One door key for a full family - the only way was to lock the door from inside too.

The room was comfortable enough. Location was ok as well
That breakfast was advertised but not given, lounge and kitchen locked so could not prepare anything or put anything in a Fridge. Unfortunately the owner was late replying to messages about access so I didn't get in till after 3pm instead of 2pm.
