Friendly hosts in a cosy building. Good base to visit the Ardennes. Absolute value for money.

Parts of the interior and the rails behind the building remind you that this was once a station. The train still passes but no longer stops. Very nice hosts. Decent breakfast in the morning, and if you want, good food in the restaurant in the evening. I had the bunkbed room which is simple, but comfortable, especially for a single traveler. I guess the location could be a good starting point for hikes. But when I was there it was raining all the team. So I took the car and visited several sights (Coo, Stavelot,...) in the neighborhood. They call it a B&B but it's actually more like a small hotel.

You do hear the passing trains when you're in the restaurant, but I didn't hear them at night. The bathroom & shower in my room was rather small.

A delight to stay here.

Excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. As the the B&B is isolated from the nearest town I happily ate here everynight in the evenings, the restaurant was very good and every meal was thoroughly enjoyable. A well stocked bar with many good quality Belgian beers. Breakfast was very filling too. My room was large and the bathroom was equipped with a wonderful shower. I very much felt at home here. Perfect for a quiet stay away from a town, in a beautiful area and lots of clean air. I will return.

One of our best B&B's

Very stylish place, very quiet and perfect for relaxing time. We were there only for one night, but we definitely recommend it. The food was amazing. Even my kids enjoyed dinner (and they are not easy to feed;))

The stay exceeded our expectations: extremely clean, hosts are supper friendly, breakfast was amazing and had everything we could think of. Beds and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. No trains at night, a couple in the morning around 8am and didn't bother us at all. Beautiful building and the atmosphere.

A gem of a place

We had a nice big attractive room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly every night. The hosts are very accommodating and serve up a nice continental breakfast in the morning. They run the restaurant at night as well and the food is very tasty. Its a great location as we were going to the F1 Grand Prix, just a 25 minute ride away, but outside all the hustle and bustle, and normal nightly prices to boot. There is a very nice place with some restaurants just a few kilometers down the road: Coo Cascade, with beautiful views on the river and a very big waterfall that runs to the amusement park. The park is far enough away that it does not pose any inconvenience and has its own car park before you get to Coo Cascade, so no interference there either. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

Great hosts and excellent customer service

Frank and Mary went above and beyond and provided fantastic service. I arrived late in the evening after spending the whole day on my bicycle in the rain. However, Frank provided a secure place to store my bike and dry my clothes. In addition, I could still order food although the restaurant was closed already. Breakfast was also great!

Always a pleasant welcome

Second time staying here Frank and Mary are perfect hosts. Amazing decor,food and location and will stay again when in the area. The food in the restaurant is without doubt the best I have encountered on my many trips through europe. Parking for motorcycles in the garage.

Schöner Wochenendausflug

Wir sind sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen worden. Es gab einige Sprachschwierigkeiten die sich leicht lösen ließen 😅. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Das essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.
