Lovely!

Lovely owner, cute room with a good bed and bedding, coffee and tea facilities and a nice living. The place has a sauna too. Breakfast with home made jams and cheese. (I bought loads!) Eggs to your liking. Owner speaks dome dutch/flemmish and french. Beautiful hilly, foresty surroundings (be careful, if there is snow, your car might not make it up there! Mine didn't) and close to the highway. Perfect for a stopover while on the road or a longer stay in the Ardennes.

Very nice stay for a weekend

Very nice and responsive host. The small house is well equipped and nicely arranged. We loved the fireplace. Heating was very efficient (and the days were very cold).

Some amenities could be renovated, like the toilet flush. Also not easy to part a big car, but not a tragedy.

Good second stay!

It was our second visit. We were in room 2 which had English TV channels! Good location. Breakfast was good. Nice homemade jams. Also bacon and eggs offered each morning!!

Perhaps yoghurt could be added to the breakfast choice!

Alot of flies and insects , alot means here aloooot of flies in the room which we could not sleep or stay so we left after an hour when we arrived to find another horel to stay. And when we told the owner about the problem she fave us a tool to kill the flies, but it was not our task , and she was so rude .

Great place!! Recommend!

We had a really great night at the place. The room was cozy and pretty with an antique style. Breakfast very well served with local ingredients. The lady couldn’t speak English, but was very sympathetic and tried her best to communicate with us. We had dinner on the city, in a place recommended by her and it was great!!!

Superb

The staff was super nice, houghtfull and helpfull. Always making sure that we would not miss a thing! The breakfast was delicious (make sure you try the croissants and the crepes!) and we got a super nice room, bigger than what we expected! The location is 20 min from the trail we went so it was perfect and surrounded by beautiful landscapes!

The access to the house is a bit tricky because the parking is on a hill and right next to the road - it is manageable but just as a feedback to take into account ;) We were unlucky with the guests we got on the room above us so there was a lot of noise.. ;( but even there, the lady from Ferme St Martin told us and immediately acknowledged it and went to the guests a few times (5 stars for the staff!!). The doors for the toilet were a bit on the way, which was hard sometimes to get in and out.

Lovely room. Breakfast was good with homemade jams and cheese. They sell ice cream which was lovely. It's a nice village to walk around. Staff were friendly and helpfully. There was a kettle in the room which was nice.

Everything excellent, we stayed there one night, the rooms so beautifully arranged, towels in the bathroom, glasses in the room and mug for heating water for tea, pleasant smell, everything very clean, very friendly staff. It exceeded our expectations and with great pleasure. We will definitely be back.

Nice place but overpriced

Very nice owners ! They were very supportive. The room was nicely decorated. Lovely old farmhouse

For 120 euro we would expect - tea and coffee for free in the room not just a kettle - fresh towels. The towels really did smell bad so we used ours. - a decent bed and pillow: it was just very old and used too much. - more reasonable prices of the little restaurant required. It is not worth it to eat there at the moment. - overall totally overpriced

I liked the food, the facility manager was very friendly, very calm surrounding good water pressure in the bathroom.

I didn’t like squeaky floor, the noise from neighbors and the dirt in the grout in the bathroom.
