A classic hotel.

The location was great and the setting of the hotel was lovely. Great playground for children if you have them and the breakfast was wonderfull. The bar /restaurant next to the pool was lovely and the food was very good value with good service and attentive staff.

Our room was quite away from the main building and was a bit outdated but it was the cheapest option and was comfortable.

Cute, cozy little place with a rustic look

Breakfast was decent. It had a nice variety of food. Fresh fruit, baked goods and warm beverages. Had a nice outdoor pool but unfortunately it was too cold outside to use. We were able to use the steam room which was great.

In the pictures for the superior room, the bed looked like it was a double bed but it was actually two single beds put together which we didn't like. When sleeping in the middle, the bed would cave in which made it uncomfortable especially when you want to be close to your partner. The superior room was a little smaller than expected while the standard room was actually bigger than expected.

I had hoped for a pleasant stay to help my wife recover her health. I was badly disappointed

Breakfast was entirely average. Sifficieny but no more

I pre-paid for a large room. It was not that large and it was located up a long flight of stone stairs with no safety rail. Very poor safety. My wife was/is unable to climb these stairs due to an illness. We were offered a standard room overlooking the pool. The bed was ok, but the room was very badly furnished. A large room close to the one we used was not offered and it remained empty durng out time there. Hotels in Brazil at holiday times (Xmas) are very tight with the money. In the end, no refund for the room was offered, but the difference in costs was used to pay for evening meals and other extras. Evening dining is locared near the pool. There is no covered walk way from the hotel, and it rained a lot. The rooms have no heatng, in cold wet weather they are damp and humid The staff were polite but services suffered from understaffing. The breakfast was entirely average, nothing special at all for the Xmas period. The hotel is an original 19th century RF type property. Only the pubic areas were quite reasonable. This type of property requires massive investment in all areas. This hotel remans at the bottom end of three star. and that's being generous. WE returned home a day early, on Xmas Day I expect more for my money. Still, cant win them all.

Roaches in the parking area (they climbed onto my car, several of them) Surrounding was dirty. They put me in a smelly bedroom and I requested I was then moved To the one I booked (separate room for Children and bigger space), they moved us okay. I chose a bedroom based on the pictures and size so I decided to stay in that hotel, however the rooms are very bad, floor was broken, doors were difficult to open, they didn’t provide rugs for the bathroom which were smelly and in a very bad condition. Ugly and badly maintained. Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast had cold coffee and the milk jar was dirty. They offered and advertised afternoon tea (simple one no problem in this matter) but once the cake was finished they wouldn’t bring another one (it was supposed to be from 17 to 18, it was 17:30 the cake was gone more guest came to serve themselves and the hotel staff wouldn’t bring another one when I asked the receptionist said they would not offer another cake! so what is the point?! I totally disliked this hotel.

Ótima opção para viajar com pets, comer boa comida e desfrutar da natureza

O hotel possui muitas opções de lazer. Há sala de jogos, piscinas, campo de futebol, jardins, local para fazer arborismo e tirolesa, além de um ótimo restaurante, onde a comida era excelente. O café da manhã e da tarde estavam sempre ótimos e atendendo às expectativas. Eu viajei com o meu pet e ele amou passear pelo hotel e desfrutar de tanto verde. Dado que viajamos no fim de ano, participamos da ceia, que também estava excelente. Houve música ao vivo, champanhe, comidas típicas, fogos e a ornamentação da festa estava maravilhosa. Todos os funcionários foram super atenciosos. Pretendo voltar em breve.

Sugiro remover os tapetes nos quartos ou realizar a correta higienização, pois devido à umidade, o quarto ficava com um cheiro um pouco ruim.

Adorei as instalações e também o café da manhã. Achei muito legal o fato de ofereceram um chá da tarde (das 16h às 17h), pena que perdi porque não chegue a tempo. Da próxima vez eu pego! 😌
