The car park quite far and difficult need to walk like 300m and stiff and also theres another stair to climb in order to get to your room

Very disappointing, even for a small budget hotel proposition

The staff is very thoughtful and friendly! The common areas are clean.

The room had a lot of mold. And also, if you stay in the 3rd floor and above, you have to take a large stair from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The breakfast is not that good and the quality of what is served is a bit bad. The bed sheets and towels had a lot of stains and smelled like chlorine. The rooms have a shelf above the TV that was very dirty, with dust and small papers from past guests.

The hotel offers a not very much thick blanket. I asked for an extra one, when I went downstairs to get it they said it was over and they didn't have anymore to lend us. It was a very cold night.

Precisa de uma atenção da equipe de manuteção, pois existe alguns pequenos mais chatos pontos de mofo no quarto, nada desesperador, mais devem ter uma atenção para que não piore

A localização fica próxima à rodoviária de Petrópolis, cerca de 5 minutos de táxi.

Estava muito frio nos dias da hospedagem e o ar-condicionado não funcionou apropriadamente. Sugiro também servir chá no desjejum, como opção de bebida quente para quem não toma café e leite.
