Location was ok and staff helpfull as well internet so far good

The car park quite far and difficult need to walk like 300m and stiff and also theres another stair to climb in order to get to your room

Very good!! Options for everyone. Everything was fresh and it was spotless and organized. Pao de Queijo was amazing.

Very disappointing, even for a small budget hotel proposition

The staff is very thoughtful and friendly! The common areas are clean.

The room had a lot of mold. And also, if you stay in the 3rd floor and above, you have to take a large stair from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The breakfast is not that good and the quality of what is served is a bit bad. The bed sheets and towels had a lot of stains and smelled like chlorine. The rooms have a shelf above the TV that was very dirty, with dust and small papers from past guests.

The hotel offers a not very much thick blanket. I asked for an extra one, when I went downstairs to get it they said it was over and they didn't have anymore to lend us. It was a very cold night.

O hotel é afastado do centro mas perto da rodoviária e tem ônibus na porta, fácil de pagar uber e taxi. As instalações são novas modernas, chuveiro bom.

O quarto em que eu fiquei ti ha muito cheiro de mofo me afetando para dormir e respirar. Acho que por ser uma região de montanha e úmida deveria ter um preparo melhor. Cheguei a antecipar minha saída da hospedagem.

Não ter frigobar no quarto, não ter piscina no hotel, a recepcionista que nos atendeu com uma dificuldade em localizar a nossa reserva com vcs, e das outras pessoas também.

Decepcionante

Se vc só quer uma cama pra dormir e estacionamento incluído, este é o local correto. Os atendentes são simpáticos e foi permitido que eu fizesse o check-in um pouco antes do horário.

Chuveiro não esquentava, cobertor sujo de batom, cheiro de mofo no quarto (abrir a janela na chegada resolveu esta questão), café da manhã muito ruim, nem o ovo salvou.

Carpete com mau cheiro, apartamentos sem frigobar e armários. O estacionamento de difícil acesso numa rampa estreita e íngreme. Carros com baixa cilindrada e pesados terão dificuldade pra subir. Acesso pelo estacionamento deveria ser pelos cartões de entrada, mas são por interfone.

O café da manhã estava sofrível. Impressionante com conseguiram deixar até o simples ruim. Nada salvou. Leite ruim, suco de laranja ruim, ovo ruim, pão de queijo frio, café horrível. Várias opções de salvados duros e frios. Tive que sair cedo e tomar café na rua, estava realmente intragável. Está incluído da estadia, mas seria melhor que não estivesse.

Cozinha péssima, fui pedir o jantar e o forno para fazer pizza estava quebrado, pedi um prato e veio sem fritas que o chef alegou que estavam em falta... No quarto que fui alocado estava "chovendo" dentro do banheiro, tive que pedir para trocar e no outro que fiquei a cama estava cheia de "bolinhas" de pelo...

Atendimento ruim, respostas secas, estacionamento horrivel e cafe da manha o pior que ja paguei, Diaria cara, nao vale o valor nao parcela nem em 2 vezes isso muito chato, nao recomendo e nao voltarei la ja mais.. Quanto aos outros nao sei se deva ir novamente mais obrigado..
