Único ponto positivo foi o atendimento do funcionário Luiz, sempre disposto a corrigir imperfeições do local.
Decepção começa no caminho de entrada, muito buraco e poeira na estrada. Logo na chegada, nota-se que as fotos são bem diferentes da realidade do imóvel. O mesmo deveria estar em bom estado há uns 10 anos atrás. Piscina térmica pela metade de água e leva horas para aquecer, não consegui utilizá-la.
