Beautiful, spotlessly clean place, with a well maintained garden and lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was beautifully finished, linens clean and luxurious, great veranda and very dog friendly. I loved the inclusion of a locked shed for bikes and other equipment.
It's a good 30 minute walk in to Stonehaven along a narrow pavement so a car is useful. The east coast mainline passes at the bottom of the garden which some may dislike - it didn't bother me but it blocked our view of the sea as we were in a lodge on lower ground than the rest but i'm really nit picking :-)

First time we’ve stayed in the Dalriada Lodges.
The location was perfect, stunning sea views.
The owner was exceptionally helpful, and the Staff we met were very friendly.
Our lodge was very clean, offering plenty of space, good showers and comfy beds. Every small detail seemed to have been thought of.
