Overpriced uncomforable apartment in luxury ski resort

No breakfast included. The only good thing about the apartment was the included parking and walking location near the lift. The apartment was well heated and warm.

The rooms were very small and inconvenient with the large support pillars in the center of the rooms. The kitchen was extremely inconvenient to cook in. Dining area next to foldout couch. Unacceptable for 4 people as ordered.

The location was good, near the ski slopes

The apartment was overall pretty small considering that we were 4 people. When the sofa bed in the living room is open, there is no space left in the room. The house was lacking in some essentials that you would expect from a rented place, for example a corkscrew, toilet paper, hairdryer (all items that we had to request separately), very uncomfortable pillows. At checkout, although we had been charged 70 euro of cleaning fee, we received unpleasant strong complains for leaving some dishes in the sink. Not something I would have expected considering that everything else was left in perfect order. Overall, this place was overpriced for what it was and the treatment we received at checkout was not professional.

einfach, old-school, sauber, günstig, aber funktionale Einschränkungen

Wir waren mit einer MTB-Gruppe zum zweiten Mal im Jasmin. Von daher kannten wir dieses. Vorteile: für uns sehr gute Lage an der Sellaronda, sehr niedrige Kosten, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, groß genug für 6 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und richtigen Betten

Nachteile: old-school-Style der 60er Jahre, Küche etc. schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Warmwasser/Duschen nicht stabil (teilweise nicht richtig einstellbar). Die direkte Lage an der Strasse muß man in Kauf nehmen, hat Vorteile aber natürlich ist dort schon früh morgens sehr starker Verkehr.

Ärgerlich, für den Preis eigentlich eine Frechheit!

Die Wohnung ist dunkel, es war kalt so dass die Wohnung trotz häufigen Lüften feucht und "muffig" roch. Die einmal benutzten Handtücher im Bad wurden nicht wieder trocken. Eine Möglichkeit sie (in der EG Wohnung) draussen zu trocknen war nicht vorhanden. Auch wenn erklärt wurde dass die Heizung im Sommer nicht betrieben werden darf, würde es Möglichkeiten geben zumindest im Bad (E-Heizkörper) für eine Temperatur und Luftfeuchtikeit zu sorgen die es ermöglicht die Handtücher zu trocknen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und wenig ansprechend. Kein schöner Urlaub.
