Reasonable apartment, mostly, but let down by unhelpful hosts and problems with hot water

The bedrooms are a good size and have washbasins. The apartment is close to the centre of town so easy to go out for food.

There was no hot water on one evening after we returned from skiing, so we had cold showers, and on another two occasions the hot water ran out and there were only three of us in an apartment that sleeps 8 if full. The host checked things and the next night it was OK, before running out the day after. The hosts were not very helpful about storing our baggage after leaving the apartment and told us we had to be out by 09:30 even though it was supposed to be 10:00. They even tried to get us to leave by 09:00 and told us to leave the baggage out in the open on the front porch instead of letting us keep a key for another 3 hours so we could use the ski store. When pushed, they eventually allowed us to use the ski store, but only if it was left unlocked. Then they locked it and we had to chase the cleaner for the key to get our bags out when we returned a couple of hours later. The living/dining room is quite small and not really a comfortable place to relax - very upright seating. There would not be room for 8 people to relax in there. Kitchen also small, but we ate out except for breakfast so that didn't matter.

This is a really well equiped flat. Only one issue (and it is minor) - there was only 1 toilet roll, no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid provided. So we have to go an buy this stuff. There are ski lifts about 3 minutes walk away, but these are the beginners slopes with toggle tows, with long queues. You are better getting the bus up to the main gondola.

The accommodation is in a perfect location just a minutes walk from the town and bus stop. It was exceptionally clean and quite spacious. Excellent location for keen hikers!

No toaster or oven, but the hob and microwave were sufficient.

Exceptional

Central location but a little bit on the side = quiet and peaceful. A sink in every bedroom (or at least in 3 of the rooms).

2 bedrooms beside the small river. If you want to sleep by open window and need total silence the noise from the river might disturb you (I liked it and got used to it quickly).
