Praticamente tutto! E' stato tutto perfetto! Appartamento bellissimo, curato in ogni suo dettaglio e con una vista stupenda; spazi ampi e con tutti i comfort. Vicinissimo al centro città, alle piste ed al noleggio sci. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri!

Excellent location and a charming, no-frills flat with character. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped, making it comfortable for longer stays. Conveniently close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. One of the bedrooms features a stunning view of Sassolungo. The furniture and decor are tasteful and welcoming—altogether a pleasant place to walk into and feel at home.
The flat was actually located on the mezzanine level, not the ground floor as advertised. On our first night, we were absolutely freezing because the host hadn’t bothered to turn on the heating before our arrival. We had to use two duvets each just to stay somewhat warm, but we still got very little sleep.
Unfortunately, the host was quite dismissive and never acknowledged any responsibility. He repeatedly said the place would “get warmer” and insisted he had never received similar complaints in the past — as if that somehow made our experience any less valid. When we raised the issue and requested a partial refund due to the discomfort, he refused — which we found extremely poor form, especially given that we paid €210 per night only to freeze indoors.
The heating finally kicked in the following day, resolving the issue — but that first night was deeply unpleasant and could have easily been avoided with a bit of care and preparation.
If you're expecting a reliable host who cares about guest comfort or is willing to address problems, you'd be better off avoiding this place altogether.
