The location was acceptable, but the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and poorly equipped kitchen

Location: The location is relatively good. It is approximately a 300-meter walk to the children’s ski lift. From there, two connecting lifts take you further up, followed by a short walk to the gondola. The gondola provides access either towards Passo Gardena or down to the village, and via groomed slopes to the gondola leading to the other side of the ski area above the town. Bed: The beds were poor and uncomfortable. This was especially true for the fifth person, who slept on a single bed that is essentially an old sofa with an added mattress on top. This setup was particularly uncomfortable and not suitable for proper rest. Kitchen: The kitchen is very poor and practically unusable. It is small, cramped, and lacks basic working surfaces. The refrigerator is very small, and there is no dishwasher. Preparing dinners for five people is almost impossible, or at best extremely limited. Key collection: Key collection on arrival was straightforward and without any issues.

Apart from being close to the town center, shops, and relatively close to the ski area, there wasn’t much else to like.

Good for 2 couples

Suited our purpose for a couple and a solo. Good sized lounge, useful kitchen and nice view from the deck. We could park 2 motorcycles in one bay and a car in the other. We opted for the check-in at nearby hotel which went smoothly- I didn't like the auto sign in app they use- so.gave up with it. Selva was great and easy walk fiwn to it

Great spot! Very cozy, spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette is good, but not fully stocked.

Clean, comfortable, cozy space. Good location, easy walk to all the bus stops and restaurants. Quiet, safe area. Apartment itself it spacious with kitchenette.

The front door key is there same key for the room. Not sure if it’s designed to be a master key for the front door, and individual for the room? But this should be communicated to the guests. Kitchenette didn’t have any utensils (forks, spoons, knives) Shower drain needs to be cleaned out… water pools.

Amazing Apartment & Beautiful Location ☺️

Absolutely beautiful location, great amenities and kitchen with all cleaning products provided.

Earlier check in would be fantastic to allow more time to enjoy the property. It would also be great if basic cooking supplies could be provided eg: oil, coffee, sugar etc

Dissapointed!

It was within walking distance to 2 different grocery stores, the center of town and to hiking trails. The inside space was roomy.

I did not like that check in was 5pm whereas most other places were at 2/3pm and the checkout was 7am-10am whereas most other places were 10/11am. Obviously if no-one is in a hurry they will check out at 10am like we chose to do! We stayed 2 nights but if a person stayed 1 night checking in at 5pm and leaving at 10am does not give a person enough time to enjoy the place. This check out time range posed a problem with the housekeeper! She just assumed we were gone before 10am and rudely unlocked our door around 8:30am without even knocking! We were inside thinking, “is that our door being unlocked or the room next door! “ My husband was in his underwear and I was still in bed! Then she stood there with the door slightly ajar explaining to us for a few minutes that she thought we were gone, instead of saying briefly, in a few seconds, excuse me and sorry and should have shut the door! We were so shocked with the experience and felt our privacy was totally invaded! I mean we could have been naked or showering or …….! We also did not like the parking situation. The instructions were you could park anywhere in the garage. When we got there, the space for our apartment number was vacant so we parked there. But when we returned after dinner, our apartment parking spot was taken so we parked in another spot and followed the instructions, “park anywhere!” Well this is what confused the housekeeper of why she thought we were gone! On check out day for us, the person who had parked in our normal space apparently had left! Another problem with parking in that garage was that the spaces and backing out of spaces was very tight and narrow! If you are not a good driver and if you do not rent a very small car, this rental is not for you! Good luck!

Lovely place to stay, clean and comfortable but would have liked a working bathroom fan and better equipped kitchen.

We liked the location and the views. the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed converted into two singles.

The fan in the bathroom of our apartment wasn’t working. We also had pots that didn’t work on the induction elements in the kitchen and there was no toaster or fry pan provided. We would have also liked a coffee maker to use.

Relaxing and comfy stay at Lores

We had a spacious room (for 6) that worked well for a family of 4. The location was peaceful. The walk to the Ciampinoi gondola with boots and skis (~1km) was quite a hike, so we often used the overnight ski depot at Ciampinoi. You could also walk 400m and take the bus. Grocery store was about 250m away. Ski storage room was a bit dated but it did its job, you could also dry your boots. Bathrooms were really good.

The kitchen was smallish, no oven, but otherwise it had needed amenities. It was nice to have a car garage but it's easier if your car isn't too big!

The apartment was at a convenient location, only 5 minute walk from the bus stop. The buses run quite frequently for Ortisei, Bolzano, Brixen, etc. The property was only 5 minute's walk from the major ski lifts, town center, supermarket, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
