The house is absolutely perfect, with everything from the pool, 4 bedrooms, the view and the quiet and safe location of a golf area. Only 15 minutes drive from the St Raphael/Frejus and the beach, and only 5' from hiking/biking in the Esterel mountain. Also very practical is a small shopping center, only 5' drive, with everything one needs, especially the croissants every morning. You cannot go wrong renting this beautiful property. Plus it helps that Dominique and Christiane are very nice and accomodating owners. We'll probably be back...

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. The house was very clean. It’s a great for families with beautiful and big pool. The house was spacious and comfortable. The terrasse where we spent most of our meals was really nice. I highly recommend this house for your family vacations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété idéale pour des familles. Spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec un espace piscine au top, nous étions 8, 2 familles de 4 avec des enfants de 5 à 9 ans et ce qui est très agréable c'est que les espaces permettent de ne pas se marcher dessus. On peut rentrer 2 véhicules en toute sécurité, le quartier est ultra calme on entend aucun véhicule. Prendre ses repas sur le balcon avec vue sur la piscine est très reposant. À notre arrivée, nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins pour nous et à notre départ tout s'est très bien déroulé, nous les recommandons. Un bémol toutefois la présence de climatisation dans une seule chambre, les autres possédant un ventilateur mais insuffisant pour refroidir les nuits, mais je précise que cette année est exceptionnellement chaude et que cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité des prestations fournies. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Merci pour tout. Cordialement

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern. Es handelt sich um eine schöne gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit einem großen Pool. Das Grundstück ist von Außen nicht einzusehen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Très belle villa ! Très beau séjour !

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines au mois d'août 2018 dans la villa de Mr et Mme MORA qu'ils laissent, pour l'occasion, à leurs locataires estivaux. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles en très peu de temps en cas de problème (que nous n'avons pas eus) car résident pour l'occasion à quelques kilomètres, en nous laissant parfaitement tranquille et ne passant (quand nous étions à la plage) que pour nettoyer la piscine 1 fois par semaine. La villa est très bien conçue et très bien équipée, même avec des appareils de petit électroménager auxquels on ne s'attend pas (friteuse Seb, grille-pain, aspirateur très performant, etc...). Les pièces sont belles et décorées avec goût et grand soin. L'extérieur est tout aussi idyllique, calme et sans vis à vis direct et prendre du bon temps dans la piscine (toujours à 30°C), en attendant le repas qui cuit au barbecue dégusté sur la généreuse terrasse à l'ombre du grand store mobile éclairé (le soir) est un vrai plaisir. Etre encore en t-shirt manches et épaules nues jusqu'à 1h du matin en cette période est un pure bonheur. Le Var est toujours aussi agréable et, même s'il y a un peu de monde en ce beau mois d'août, cela n'empêche en rien de trouver de la place (quand on se déplace en voiture) aussi bien sur les différentes plages visitées que le soir sur le port et la promenade de Saint-Raphaël ou Fréjus. Si l'on veut pinailler un peu: la table de ping-pong est à changer (pour le sportif pongiste que je suis, Mr MORA doit s'en occuper ;-) ), les jeux pour enfants sont peu utilisables car situés dans la verdure où les moustiques sont aussi féroces que des piranhas (notre solution: mélanges d'huiles essentielles et de base de massage et on n'en parle plus), les 1ers jours le revêtement intérieur très légèrement rugueux de la piscine laisse quelques éraflures au niveau des coussinets des doigts de pieds (mais on n'en parle plus après quelques jours) et des locataires irrespectueux leur ayant rendu les fauteuils massant cassés les ont contraint à ne plus laisser les télécommandes. Mais très honnêtement, tout ceci n'est que détails en face de la qualité de la prestation et de la villa. Vous pouvez louer chez Mr et Mme MORA les yeux fermés et en profiter un maximum !!! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions deux familles, huit personnes au total, et avions de la place pour tous, dans les espaces communs comme dans les chambres. Les enfants (les grands aussi) ont beaucoup apprécié le ping-pong et la piscine (fin octobre quand même...). La villa est super bien agencée et l'endroit propice au repos. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et attentionnés. Cette région est très belle, beaucoup d'endroits à visiter, plein d'excursions à faire!!! A refaire de toute urgence !!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour splendide, nous aimons la propreté et la maison était dans un état irréprochable ! La qualité de la maison est largement supérieure à nos attente. La piscine est divine, très chaude, légèrement salée, pas incommodante, très douce. C'est vraiment une maison qu'il faut visiter. Le domaine est sur, aucun sentiment d'insécurité. Mon avis du 5 juillet 2012 (voir plus bas) reste parfaitement valable. Par rapport à notre premier séjour en 2012, la décoration (p.ex. cuisine) et l'équipement (p.ex. plus grande TV, système Audio) ont encore été améliorés. Cela fait la troisième fois que nous y avons passé une semaine magnifique. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr! Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi sympathiques et accueillants.

"Superbe villa, au calme au milieu d''un golf. Il n''y a aucune circulation, à part les quelques autres habitants de la rue (en cul de sac). L''environnement du parc est très agréable et la végétation abondante est très soignée et très jolie. Tous les commerces de la vie quotidienne se situent à 1 km à l’entrée du golf (boulangerie, boucherie, presse, épicerie, coiffeur, pharmacie, etc.). Le centre-ville et les plages, ainsi que les grandes surfaces sont à 5-6 km. En ce qui concerne la villa elle se situe sur un beau terrain qui est très soigné, la végétation y est abondante. Le jardin est très calme et agréable et dans sa très grande majorité à l’abri des regards. La piscine sans chlore à l’eau très légèrement salée et sa plage sont vraiment magnifiques. L’intérieur et l’extérieur de la villa étaient d’une propreté irréprochable et ne souffraient pas des inconvénients d’une maison de vacances fermée une grande partie de l’année. La maison est très bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce qu''il faut, notamment internet wifi, deux vrais lits à barreaux pour bébé, des sièges et couverts pour enfants, un toboggan et des balançoires etc. Le barbecue à charbon ainsi que le grand balcon où déjeuner à l''ombre d''un auvent ont été très appréciés de notre part. Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Les propriétaires qui habitent la maison toute l’année et vous la laissent le temps de votre séjour, sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous y retournerons certainement! "
