Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Agay Beach, or easily tackle the quick 1-minute drive to Esterel Massif.

After you return to this 1830-sq-ft villa, you can unwind at the beach, chill by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

This house is great and highly recommended. It is located in a private driveway. The driveway onto the property was not so easy with our VW T5 as it was very steep and difficult to turn at the top. The panoramic view over the bay of Agay forgives everything. Contact with Yohann went smoothly. He was there for us via WhatsApp to answer all our questions. The pool is large, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are spacious and lovingly furnished. 1 bedroom has a sea view with an adjoining shower room, while the other 3 rooms on the upper floor have a view of the side garden. There are enough places to retreat to. To make it perfect, we were missing insect screens on the windows (we just wanted fresh air, but there is air conditioning), an outdoor shower and a nearby pool toilet would also be great. We didn't meet the wild boars but we did find spilled rubbish and footprints in the morning. In the evening we made ourselves comfortable in the courtyard. It protects against the wind and the wild boars. It was almost perfect for us all around. Great destinations (St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse), beautiful house in a quiet location and great weather. We'll be happy to accept Yohann's house recommendations again next year. This one is great!

The villa was outstanding, clean and tidy, had everything you need and more. Amazing rooms very large and airy. The pool was spotlessly clean, can’t fault anything. We can’t tell you how good the views from the villa are, simply stunning! We were a party of seven ranging from 19 up to 74, it’s only a 900 metre walk to the town and beach, but incredibly steep with steps at points, but we enjoyed the walk up without a problem. Car hire is not a must but if you want to see around locally it’s a good idea. The train to Monaco is a must, and very easy to use as well as the local bus. Don’t let the hill put you off, this really is a GEM!

We spent a lovely week with friends in the villa, which has all the amenities and space enough for 8 people. We missed an outdoor shower and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The wild boars, which actually ran around on the property every evening, were a bit disturbing. Maybe a fence would be a good idea. The fact that bed linen was only available for a fee and that you had to make your own bed, isn't what we expected for such a high price. Otherwise great pool, great view, smooth process and friendly people.

We are very pleased with our saty at Villa Mirandole during 2 weeks. Wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea. The house was very weel equipped. The Axim Mediterranean Agency gave very good service when we had questions. We can really recommend Villa Mirandole.

The house is beautiful and better than the photos. It has a lovely pool and and a nice walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. Really helpful service if any issues - would definitely recommend this house. We were 2 families of 5 with teenagers and the house was perfect. Thank you

The villa is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is superb. We enjoyed out stay enormously and would like to return there next year.
