This beautiful villa with a pool in Saint-Raphaël Valescure is sure to charm you for your vacation with family or friends. Nestled in a lush green setting, it can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Its open kitchen is fully equipped and offers a view of the garden. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms features a television and its own bathroom.
Outside, every detail has been thoughtfully designed and arranged so you can fully enjoy the garden and its amenities between swims in the (heated) pool.

You’ll also be close to Agay Bay, the beaches, and the coves of the Estérel, and just a short walk from the vibrant downtown area with its excellent shops and entertainment!

On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living area: the living room with a TV nook and dining area, all opening onto the terrace through large windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen… You’ll also enjoy a spacious master suite with a shower area…
Upstairs, you’ll find three beautiful additional bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms equipped with a tub and shower, while the third is a large master suite with an adjoining shower room.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the covered terrace—perfect for dining—the heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs, and a lounge area where you can soak up the southern sun while listening to the song of the cicadas. You’ll also have access to numerous practical amenities, such as an electric griddle and recreational equipment to delight both adults and children (a pétanque court and a paddleboard available for sea excursions in Agay Bay, etc.).

The house is really as described and as to be seen on the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped and suited to cook meals even for larger groups. The beds are high quality and large wardrobes offer lots of space to store your belongings. The pool is large. Everything was perfectly clean and well-kept. I really want to thank Marie and Dominique for the warm welcome and friendly service. We fully recommend this place!

Très bon accueil, propreté irréprochable, maison spacieuse et moderne, piscine, terrain de pétanque, apéritif sur la terrasse...Et tout cela à 5mn du centre ville dans un cadre verdoyant. Merci à Monsieur Madame pour son accueil! A bientôt.
