Magnificent rooftop villa (or penthouse) for 8 people, in a luxury residence, with swimming pool, air conditioning, panoramic sea view, beach and shops on foot.
This superb flat occupies the entire 4th and top floor of this small, very private residence. Furnished and equipped for 8 people, it comprises an entrance hall opening onto a huge living room with dining area and TV lounge area. A beautiful fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto a south-facing terrace with a superb 180-degree sea view. A first bedroom with a double bed (160x200), also benefiting from the sea view and the terrace, and its private bathroom; a separate toilet with laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer), a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds plus a pull-out bed, for 3 people, with a private shower room, and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200) plus a single bed, and its private shower room and toilet. An internal staircase leads from the living room to the huge private roof terrace, where the view of the sea, the red rocks of the Estérel, the Dramont peninsula and the cove below is nothing short of spectacular. A feast for the eyes.
This huge terrace features comfortable garden furniture, a summer kitchen, a gas barbecue, sun loungers and even a ping pong table!
The residence's swimming pool is generally open from June to September inclusive.The superb La Baumette beach is just 300m from the residence on foot, as is a small shopping area with bakery, restaurants, fishmonger's, mini-market, etc.The centre of Agay is around 1.5km away, and St Raphaël is 10km.
