Awful stay, dirty, tiny rooms, no attractions

Nice views

The rooms are extremely small! When I said to the manager they look way bigger on the photos she said she knows! To close the door in the bathroom you have to turn around behind the door and then close it. Toilet floor was dirty, everything looks old and outdated, they don’t change towels, we’ve been there 9 nights and the towels haven’t been changed once, good we’ve had our own. There’s a thousand steps to go anywhere- to the pool, to the shop, to the room, just steps everywhere, no lifts. We’ve booked one holidays for 9 people got two rooms in two different ends of the village. The first room we’ve got looked like a hobits cave, you had to go down few rocks, go through grass and then straight to living/kitchen/dining area. It was 5 of us in the room, when the beds were out you couldn’t move around. One of the beds is a single Murphy bed so when child wakes up he hits the shelf which is straight above child’s head. We’ve been there from 13-22 of June, no attractions in the village, it looks like a ghost town by 11 at night. When we wanted to stay longer there was no seats in the centre of the village just concrete benches, and even though we’ve been quiet the security guard would ask us to go to our rooms as there were complaints. It was 4 adults and 5 kids and there was nothing to do there. We went to St Raphael nearly every night which is around 15 minutes drive. There’s not too much to do in the nearby towns. Loved st Raphael though. We’ve never stayed in such poor conditions, always go to 4-5 stars hotels for holidays but after reading all the reviews we thought we can try something different. No idea where the good reviews are coming from though, it’s an awful place to stay. Prices in the village restaurants are higher than in st Raphael! Food isn’t good, we’ve got dirty glasses few times. Just awful. If I would have paid a full summer price I think I would have cried after arrival.

Very nice

Very nice complex, good swimming pools and water slides. Our apartment was on ground level with a nice big terrace to enjoy eating outside. Nice view! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, everything was good!

No aircondition, but despite- very good ventilation when you open all the doors!

Horrible experience! nobody wanted to help us get transportation back to the train station. Worst customer service

nice pool and lounge area

no air conditioning horrible location (no transfer service from train station to hotel. We had to walk our luggage up a big steep hill in the middle of June. Horrible customer service. We had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, you have to pay for more towels.

They did not give me an invoice and we want one. The bed was uncomfortable. You had to make the bed yourself. No one asked if they would like the room cleaned. If you needed toilet paper you had to get it yourself and go down to get it. Phone didn't work. Had to ask for an iron and no ironing board. Not even one channel in English. Should I go on??????

The apt was not suited for 7 people Customer service lacks big time. At the checking we were left alone. No instruction about the place offers etc… The staff are not well trained as each staff provides different advice The place is not equipped for handicap or babies with strollers.

no insulation: you hear everything your neighbours do my flat was not well cleaned when I arrived Equipment too cheap: ex: it is recommended to use the dishwasher on 'eco'mode, which is great. However, the quality of the equipment is so bad that if you do so, you can wash again at least 50% of the content

Fabulous

Spent very nice vacation at the hotel. Spacious, calm, relaxing territory with perfect location between green picturesque hills and lovely azure sea. Lots of activities included into price, elongate golf fields, horse farm, fitness, wonderful swimming pool zone. Very quiet place in-between famous Cote-d-Azur towns hence you can go for evening parties, dinners etc. in case you are tired to relax. Very nice staff especially in child day-care center! Our boy did not want to leave the day-care center and required to stay the whole day. )) shops, supermarket and even local day market on the territory.

But please note there is lack of elevators towards apartments located on upper hills hence I noticed several times people with baby carriages who had to bring baby carriage in one hand and baby in another one when going up on stairs. Another fault – ants inside apartment. Every morning I started to fight against the ants and simply was afraid to bring them to home flat. nevertheless I will certainly come back again as those small faults do not darken the impression and feelings of good rest and relaxation! Great holiday with kids, value for money

Cap Esterel was a great place to stay with kids (aged 7 and 10), the swimming pools and other activities are very good. The flats were small but functional. The supermarket in the village is very good and not expensive and there is a wide choice of restaurants so you don't have to eat pizza all the time. Also just a short walk to the sea. But maybe the best thing was the fantastic scenery, the mountains and the sea. The village itself also is inviting.

Une belle découverte, à refaire!

Bon emplacement avec de belles randonnées aux alentours. Les deux piscines sont sympas et je pense participer à des séances de fessiers ou autre l'année prochaine car les gens semblaient bien s'amuser.

manque de place autours des piscines et la fermeture de la piscine du bas un peu trop tôt (29 septembre je pense) Petit effort pour l'hygiène dans le logement à faire! Et ne pas mettre la pression à 10h30 pour le nettoyage le dernier jour!

Le cadre de vie!!!! Village très sportif, architecture jolie, très calme et personnel à l'écoute

Même en temps que sportif, quand même beaucoup de marches à monter. Manque d'ambiance animée le soir (dansante) et la journée à la piscine . Et cette cloche qui retentie toutes les 30min désagréable surtout quand on ferme les yeux à la piscine ou que l'on bouquine.

Joli mais peu accessible en poussette bébé

Très belle vue depuis notre balcon. On n'y était qu'1 nuit donc nous n'avons pas profité des environs mais l'emplacement est magnifique.

Pas ou très peu accessible pour les parents solo avec poussette bébé, et j'imagine aussi pour les personnes à mobilité réduite! aucun ascenseur pour monter aux étages, et la piscine n'en parlons pas, il y a une tonne de marches, il faut faire le tour à 360° avec une route en pente, pour y accéder par la rampe tout en bas! La piscine en soi est très bien, mais l'accès est à revoir.

Rolig pool men för mycket regler

Härliga pooler framförallt för barnen, mysig gata med affärer och restauranger. Rolig vågmaskin en gång per timma, vattenrutschkana.

Överdrivet många regler vid poolen, man får inte ta med sig dricka eller mat till poolområdet. Finns inte gratis solstolar till alla, hälften av stolarna kostar 8 euro/ dag! Livvakterna visslar I visselpipan så fort man gör något "fel", typ som att hänga på ett snöre som delar poolen eller bryta mot någon annan av deras 100 regler. Detta tar bort charmen med poolen. Otroligt mycket folk i poolen tidvis...

la piscine était géniale, nous avons aimé la mer mais la plage était des galets. La vue de notre appartement était également splendide, pas de bruit, pas trop de moustique non plus. Les restos dans le village et les boutiques étaient les bienvenus, même la supérette, avec une très bonne boulangerie à prix corrects.

Super séjour à cap esterel

Cap esterel c est charmant pour quelques jours on est pas loin De la maison mais dans les roches rouges le dépaysement est garanti l accès direct à la plage à pied c est super . Le calme du village vacances c était très agréable nous reviendrons . Le personnel est très sympathique ainsi que les commerçants

Le fait que le parking soit payant après le check out alors que vous pouvez encore profiter de la piscine .

Parenthèse enchantée

Ravies de notre petit week-end dans un lieu magnifique avec ses piscines, ses restaurants, ses commerces. On a loué un petit appartement où on s'est senties à l'aise. On a adoré la petite terrasse où on a déjeuné devant une très belle vue sur l'Esterel. En louant un appartement l'accès aux piscines est gratuit ainsi que le parking. Un grand merci à l'équipe de l'accueil très aimable.

Petit bémol pour les lits superposés qui grinçaient. L'étroitesse des lieux pour 4 personnes.

Gute Lage,gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Ruhig oberhalb der Bucht gelegen,kostenloser (!) Parkplatz (Mai) ,sauberer Pool schon im Mai geöffnet. ( der Kinderpool nicht ) Einkaufsmeile mit Restaurant`s ,Pizza zum mitnehmen und anderes . Supermarkt täglich geöffnet , wenn auch nicht gerade preiswert. Anlage gepflegt und sauber,auch Müllsammler immer geleert , wie gesagt im Mai bei geringer Belegung .

Unser "Superior Studio mit Schlafnische" im Haus R0 war teilrenoviert,man sah ihm das Alter deutlich an. Für 2 Erw. ok, Belegung mit 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder kann ich mir nicht vorstellen .

lo scopo era fare tre giorni di relax e il periodo di maggio è perfetto, la posizione è magnifica e il villaggio molto grande. La piscina molto bella .

anche se in bassa stagione, essendo il posto lontano da altri centri, sarebbe stata gradita animazione serale di qualità, su 3 gg 2 sere erano dedicati ai giochi di carte e uno alla visione di un film per bambini. Sarebbe stata gradita una palestra. I prezzi del supermercato per noi italiani sono molto alti . Coprimaterasso non pulito e ammassi di polvere tra le pieghe delle tende oscuranti .
