Relaxing, peaceful and stunning views.

Property is high up in the mountains with stunning views, very clean, we loved all the seating spots and benches outside of the property/balcony with places to have dinner and relax with the beautiful view. Owner was lovely and the parking is secure.

The property is very small and we found it quite cramped we had to leave 1 of our 2 the suitcases in the car as there was no room for them both. When we arrived the bed was completely unmade, sheets were left for us to make our own bed, we travel regularly and have never had this before. After a long 10 hours of travelling we were exhausted and found this quite inconvenient.

Nice stay with amazing view in a quoiet place .

For me was very strange that we had to wait (1 hour and a half)for someone to bring the bed linen and towels and we must do the beds ourself. First they ask for a small fee but finally they do not charge us for bed linen and towels ( 1 big towel /pers ) I traveled a lot and I know the difference between a hotel room and a serviced apartment and never find this situation. Lady explained us nice that this is theirs policy but I wonder how many people are traveling with their one bedlinen ?!

Superb

Very nice location with a stunning view! Very clean! The owner welcomed us herself and showed us around. Very nice terrace with a beautiful view. Very calm. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils.The interior is very modern and the owners still add new things and put a lot of effort in their house. We loved our stay!

We loved the view and the surroundings. It was extremely clean. The interior design, new and elegant. The host is very nice and speaks several languages.

The kitchen equipment could be better if you wish to cook during your holiday.

recently renovated beautiful modern studio with panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast.

simply but comfortably furnished. astounding view of the bay! good storage and nice breeze on the balcony on hot evenings. friendly hostess and great access to the town. very steep 226 steps but worth the effort for the view!

For cooking there’s only a hob and microwave no oven.

Stunning sea views

High end Villa in the hills of Agay with panoramic beach view from your private balcony. Rooms are comfortable, of good size and fully equiped. Host Carmen is super friendly and easy to talk too. You can park your car safely.

Taking a dive in the pool was tempting, but this is private area and to be respected.

wonderful view and perfect location, highly recommended!

the view is just breathtaking! waking up overlooking the Agay bay from the bed and breakfast table was magical! clean and spacious, friendly multilingual host, away from the crowds, house and garden are just lovely. we especially loved the location in the Estérel mountains which are a red volcanic rock formation. It is perfect for hiking and looks very special against the emerald coloured sea. overall we highly recommend Villa Grand Baie!

the water tap in the kitchen kept running and dripping even when firmly closed, woke up several times at night due to the dripping sound (Carmen said they will place a new one). a place to properly hang the bath towels in the bathroom would be good, bed was on the smaller side.

Fantastic view of Agay Bay incl. - in winter - sunrise over the Med. Nice furniture style. Comfy bed. Good sound isolation. Close - though with steep steps - to beach and town center. Good security.

Furniture, kitchen utensils etc. perfect for two guests but no spares.

A wonderful place to stay

Fantastic views from all the studios and particularly dramatic at night. We loved sitting on our verandah. The garden around the studios is beautifully kept and creates a lovely ambiance. The studio was very clean with all that we needed, including soap and washing liquid and most importantly a coffee machine - bliss! Carmen was very welcoming and explained what we needed to know, including giving us advice on where to eat. We would love to return! It is close to St Raphael and lovely walks and swimming in the Esterel.

There was a mix up with a briefing email from Carmen, which comes via the App but not via the web booking, so we didn't have the code to drive into the gated community and nor did we get the message to bring our own sheets (if we didn't want to pay extra). This is a glitch with Booking.com or Gites.fr which I have fed back to them. Carmen came up with a creative solution. We have no 'even better' feedback to give her - we had a wonderful time! It is a long walk to the top of the hill, so coming by car is a better option.

We loved the place - perfectly functional little studio, with a dreamy location: private terrasse overlooking the entire bay, delightful. The town center is just a 10min walk away. Very quiet and peaceful. Good parking space.

From the Booking.com posting for the place, a couple things weren't clear for us: - You have to pay a 300€ cash deposit no matter how long you stay. - You must clean the whole place when you leave (sweeping, bathroom clean, bed, washing ups, etc.). - You must bring basic items, like toilet paper, it is not provided. We found that having to take care of the place yourself (incl. bringing your own beddings and towels, and toilet paper) made us feel that the price was a bit much for what you get.

We had a great stay there and absolutely recommend that place.

Great views, nice, well maintained house and terrace, cosy room. All the equipment in working condition. Nice, responding and caring host.

The additional costs (bed linen and towels = 10 euro; cleaning the room before check out = 35 euro) could be slightly more underlined in the description of the object. Off course they're not obligatory and you can take your own bed linen and towels or tidy the room but it may be surprising if you're not prepared for it.

Best view you can imagine!

We were so happy to be able to stay here for a few days! The view from the room (we booked “studio superior”) is simply amazing; opening the blinds in the morning you can see the sea from the bed, and the forest to one side! Carmen, the host, is super helpful and really made us feel welcome.

If we return to the area, we would not think about staying anywhere else.

The location was perfect for us. It is high up on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a gated community. Good on street parking just outside the property. The view on the bay and sea was excellent. Our room was sparkling clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The room that we stayed in could use more plates. There is a dishwasher, but during our 5-night stay we did not use it once because there were so few plates. Therefore, we felt we needed to hand wash the dishes, after each meal.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Abends auf der Terasse sitzen,auf die Bucht schauen,dazu ein Glas Rose.....Herrlich! Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und nett,eigentlich würden wir 12 Punkte vergeben!
