About this villa rental
Come and discover this sunny villa and enjoy a holiday on the French Riviera with family or friends. Furnished and equipped for 8 to 12 people, this large villa consists of an entrance hall, a dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc., a living room with sofas and armchairs, and guest toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of which have double beds 160x200, one with two single beds that can be spaced or pushed together, and one with two bunk beds. On this level there is also a bathroom, and a shower room with toilet. The 3 main bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the lower level, a large room has been converted into a "family room", with a sofa bed for 2 people, and two single beds. A bathroom with toilet completes this space.
Note that the bedding in all rooms is completely new.
Outside, you will enjoy the beautiful sunny swimming pool and its relaxation areas with sunbeds, parasols, and garden furniture. A large bowling alley in front of the covered terrace invites you to good games of petanque and laughter. Table, chairs, large electric plancha... everything is available for your outdoor meals.
The beaches of St Raphaël and Agay are only 10 minutes away by car. Shops just 5 minutes away.

We loved our stay and the area. Everything was as described and the hosts were communicative and helpful even allowing us an early check in and late check out. The villa is a fantastic size for a large group, with plenty of different areas to use and feels very comfortable. Equally it is very reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed coming home at the end of the day. The only feedback I would leave would be to make the beds for guests arrival as you are charged 25 per person for linen and towels and it is left in the hallway for you to do which is a bit tedious after long travel. The accommodation would also hugely benefit from a small welcome pack with maybe 1 or 2 toilet rolls. Some bin bags and perhaps coffee pods or salt and pepper etc This would just elevate the stay/experience and feel much more welcoming for very little outlay. Other than this observation we loved our week at this property and would highly recommend.
