Just Perfect !
Everything was perfect in the sunny Belle Villa, surrounded by this gorgeous garden with Palm trees/ Alep Pines and lovely pool - all the family (10 people) was super confortable and very pleased with the large quiet bedrooms - bathrooms are great - the kitchen was perfect for big meals and BBQ on the terrace was the big moment - we spend the whole WE in the garden - the big store 2 mn away by car is very convenient... and the place is so closed from Saint-Raph' city center it makes it so easy to get by - thank you for these memorable 3 days - we will be back !!!

Excellent place to stay but you have to buy soap and toilet pappers before going in.
We communicated the time of arrival but nobody was there when we arrived sharp at the time we said we will. The phone numbers and entrance code were both wrong. If it wasn't for the friendly neighbour we could have spent the night in the street because we had no way to communicate with the host.

Séjour annulé par le hôte. Nous n'avons pas pu partir car l'argent est resté bloqué 3 semaines !
Séjour non effectué, car annulé par le hote. Le problème est que nous avons été remboursé presque 3 semaines (19 jours) plus tard, malgré ma demande de remboursement immédiat, et les téléphones à Booking. Le montant de 1200 EUR est resté bloqué, ce qui m'a empêcher de booker un autre séjour. Cerise sur le gâteau, comme le paiement a été fait depuis ma banque étrangère, je suis perdante de 42 eur sur le cours de change.

Belle et spacieuse villa proche de St Raphaël
Magnifique villa au calme, au bout d’une route privative et sécurisée. Nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants pour le jour de l’an, c’était parfait, chacun avait son indépendance (salles de bains dans toutes les chambres, appartement indépendant au rez-de-chaussée idéal pour les enfants), avec un bel espace commun pour nous retrouver. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu, belle terrasse et piscine. Accueil très chaleureux. A quelques minutes de la plage, et à 20min en voiture de randonnées magnifiques (Cap Roux, Pic de l’Ours, etc). Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.
