Advantages of the site 1. swimming pool with jacuzzi function 2. large space, two independent bathrooms 3. quite close to the sea 4. parking included in the price 5. large terrace 6. good soundproofing 7. air conditioning 8. good technical equipment such as washing machine and dishwasher
1. inconsistency of the offer with reality (in the offer - 2 swimming pools - reality - one) 2. high additional costs (after buying the offer, the Owner demanded an additional deposit of 700 euros [it is in the offer] and charges for bedding [100 euros]. In addition, the Owner was surprised that he rented us accommodation for 3 and not for 8 days!!! 3. no comfortable sofa to sit together 4. malfunctioning air conditioning in one of the rooms (smelly, it was impossible to use it) SUMMARY: The owner divided the villa into 3 apartments, which he rents independently. In my opinion, the additional costs are too high and in any way unjustified. Having traveled in France (all of it), I have not encountered such a practice in other destinations. The apartment bears some expressive signs of deterioration on the furniture.

Beautiful villa in a quiet location
Beautiful villa. Plenty of space and everything you need for a self-catering break including a BBQ on our own terrace. Pool was extremely clean and host was very friendly.
