Loved the woods and the green area, but the negative aspects were more.

-The appartment is in a very green area, surrounded by trees and it was very calm (during winter time). -After the problem we had at the beginning, the owner showed himself very helpful and cooperative.

-As soon as we booked, we got a message saying, that we would have to pay 5 € extra per person (!) for towels + 5 € extra per person (!) for sheets, which would have made almost 30% more, of what we booked the appartment for! It would have been different, if we'd known beforehand about this. This way, we weren't able to cancel for free and we felt trapped. I called Booking and luckily they solved it, but it made me lose time and nerves. -The pool is nice, but if you leave the curtains open at night and you turn on the lights, you may feel like in a shop window. -I guess the pool may be loud during summer. -We had to make our own beds when we arrived.

Séjour agréable

Siitué dans un grand domaine ( Golf), au calme sous les pins. L'endroit est joli et très bien entretenu aussi bien pour l'extérieur que pour l'appartement : bien équipé et des petites attentions qui sont appréciables ( dosettes café /thé). Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le propriétaire est réactif pour répondre à nos questions.

Trop froid dans l'entrée

Le côté pratique pour trois personnes et le prix très bas.

Le couchage dans l'entrée manquait de confort. La nuit a été particulièrement froide et l'air qui s'insérait autour de la porte était glacial. Ma fille qui a dormi là était frigorifiée au matin et sa nuit fut inconfortable.

Appartement bien chauffé,équipé et confortable avec une place de parking.

Situation très éloignée du centre ville et aucun café à moins de 3km . Résidence de 200 appartements aux communs un peu impersonnels et tristes en hiver avec d'immenses couloirs surannés

Nous avons apprécié l’hôte Cyrille qui est au top, toujours à l’écoute si besoin. C’est trés agréable d’avoir une personne de confiance et professionnelle. Appartement trés propre et agréable. Proche du centre de st Raphaël en voiture.

Goed appartement, omgeving kan beter

Mooi zwembad, goed appartement. Goede beheerder. Fietsen stallen kan (alleen) op het balkon.

Op park zelf was niets open. Park is onderdeel van ontoegankelijk groot golfpark, met veel privé huizen voorzien van hoge muren, poorten en hekken. Lijkt verplicht, of de eigenaren zijn allen erg bang (voor inbraak?). Oogt niet fijn.

Très agréable

Environnement très calme. Nous avions une très belle vue piscine. Piscine très agréable surtout après une journée à se promener dans la region. Accueil très sympathique. Appartement très bien pour nous 3, très bon couchage. La climatisation a été appréciée.

Comme tout bâtiment de ce genre, une bonne rénovation des parties communes serait un gros plus. Les couloirs sont sombre, la peinture et la moquette sont fatiguées, c'est comme dans beaucoup d'anciens clubs de vacances .

L'emplacement au top. Vu sur jardin du côté du balcon et vu sur la piscine du côté de la salle de bain. Climatisation indispensable, impeccable. L'hôte est sympathique. Cadre idéal pour une famille. Accès piscine sécurisée

Schöne ruhige Wohnanlage. Gemütliches Apartment gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie perfekte Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt 😀 Der Pool war auch sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Alles in einem 🔝

Nel verde, piscina pulita e ampia con piccolo bar adiacente, parco giochi, possibilità di praticare sport, lavanderia automatica. Appartamento piccolo ma ben attrezzato, si può mangiare sul terrazzino, pace e tranquillità. Proprietario gentile e disponibile

Sarebbe ancora più bello se la piscina chiudesse più tardi, attualmente la chiusura è alle 19 Nel parco giochi aggiungerei delle altalene

Perfetto, pulito carino, dotato di ogni servizio… addirittura giochi d’acqua per bambini. Tutto nuovissimo, lavastoviglie e parcheggio riservato. Il tutto immerso nelle verde.

Nous avons tout aimé. Les hôtes sont disponibles, bienveillants, accommodants et réactifs. Les indications sont claires et l’accès est facile. La place de parking est proche de l’accueil. Bien accueillis par le propriétaire Cyrille! Son appartement est au calme, très bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur le grand parc et l'immense piscine, tout près de la mer et du centre ville de St Raphaël (en voiture), un endroit où nous avons franchement hâte de revenir!
