Disappointing, didn't meet our expectation

Our host wrote us an sms in French, that's not obvious that everyone speaks French especially if name/surname is not typical French, however he switched to English and was very polite, we had to talk on the phone and when he could not answer then he called back. It was not clear for us that bed sheets and linens were not included and he offered us some clean ones available in the flat.

- sms in FRENCH - we choose the place the really same afternoon because of the swimming pool but with big surprise pool was closed at 19:00 when sun was still strong and other leisures were active (tennis). Not sure if this was clearly stated in the description on booking .com - not sure how clear was in the description about lack of towels, bed sheets, linens, wifi, nothing included.

Location was good, close to the beach, but the orientation was east so the sun made the appartment very hot early in the morning and there was no air-conditioning.

Des vacances agréables avec des enfants

La piscine et la pataugeoire pour les enfants sont grandes et propres. L'aire de jeu est un point positif pour les enfants L'emplacement est pratique pas trop loin du centre et de la plage dans un cadre agréable et avec plusieurs activités pour faire du sport

C'est bruyant et le fait qu'il n'y a pas de volet est très gênant pour le sommeil car beaucoup trop de lumière dans l'appartement

L'appartement est agréable, le balcon donne sur un espace de verdure . Situé dans le Golf de Saint Raphael. Place de parking attitrée, très grande piscine et petit bassin pour les enfants, aires de jeux également.

- La résidence est super nous l’adorons depuis des années. - Bonne communication avec l’hôte. Nous avons eu toutes les informations dans les temps. - Vu sur la piscine -

- Les salles de bains des autres appartements sont plus moderne. Baignoire vieille qui fait sale. Meuble vasque à changer avec le néon. Le tout fait très sale. Pas de rangement sous le meuble de la salle de bain. - Serpillère sale et absolument pas pratique. - Les radiateurs sont vieux et sales. Un sèche serviette comme dans les autres appartement serait plus pratique - Bouilloire vieille et sale. Les gens avaient laissé de l’eau c’était pas top. - quelques travaux ne ferait donc pas de mal !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement très bien situé, au calme du golf, dans un cadre verdoyant avec tous les petits commerces utiles à proximité et les excursions dans le secteur de l'Esterel à proximité.

Simpel maar comfortabel appartement in mooie zuid franse ambiance (golf park)

Prima wat ouder/ sleets (niet makkelijk/ goed sluitende deuren etc.) maar verder net onderhouden appartement in een wat ouder maar uitstekend geoutilleerd en netjes onderhouden complex (residence). Naastvzwembad ook veel andere sportfaciliteiten op het terrein. Heel diervriendelijke omgeving ook. Locatie is wel wat verder van centrum en strand gelegen. .

Appartement annoncé avec linge de lit et serviettes fournis sur l'annonce Booking, or alors que nous étions déjà parties, le sms reçu indiquait que le linge lit et serviettes n'étaient pas fournis !!! c'est une tromperie à modifier dans l'annonce booking !!! De plus il manquait beaucoup de choses en vaisselle, aucune tasse à café, seulement 3 bols et 1 Masagran et 1 autre cassé et taché, insuffisant pour 2 personnes (logement prévu pour 4)!!! L'appartement est vieillot, il aurait besoin d'un coup de rafraichissement ( peinture), fuite eau dans les WC. Nous avons trouvé sous un lit des sacs appartenant sans doute au propriétaire !!! Pas très agréable...
