It was a great stay for us, and it was great value for money. Excellent location. Well equipped studio. If you're wanting posh, this probably isn't for you, but if you want to be in a good area for really not very much, this place was great. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in many hotels on our trip (Paris, Avignon, Rome, Venice, Berlin, etc.) and this was by far the worst (and the most expensive with the exception of the room in Venice). Both rooms were filthy and had a very strong odor. You could wipe a damp towel on the floor and it would be black from the dirt. They did provide a broom that was so old and delapidated it was useless, but no mop. The queen bed was a sofa bed that was as hard as a rock, leaving you to feel as if you'd been beaten when you woke up. By absolute luck, because we were only coming from Avignon, we arrived early enough to get our rooms. I found out when I got there at a few minutes before noon that no one would have been available to let us in the building or give us our rooms had we arrived a few minutes later. Repeat guests or those who called directly would have known to make arrangements for room keys to be left in a coded lock box outside, but no mention was made of this during the booking process. This could have been an absolute disaster. It is true that accommodations in beach towns are often not up to par, but trust me on this one, if you want a clean, comfortable, pleasant-smelling room SKIP THIS ONE. I am leaving many wonderful reviews from our hotels on this trip-this is the only DUD.

The hotel was adequate we had a room for 3 Adults the double bed was a sofa bed and the other beds bunk, not good for adults really but as im small it was fine. We also chose the accommodation with a balcony it may a different to our trip.The hotel location was the best just a short walk to the beach and night life. Also for getting around the south of France a good starting point. We went to the caves Les Grottoes 8 euros pp but worth it. Also Monaco and St Tropez. Highly Recommend if you take your car pay 55 euros for underground parking. I had to ring the hotel to book this..I would chose this hotel again for a reasonable cheap budget hotel.

Good hotel for price. Nice location near great beach. Lots of small stores and restaurants nearby. Fully equiped apartment style room. Great hot water all the time in bathroom and kitchen. If you rent a car ask for parking garage, there is very little street parking available. Bring your own towels or pay a lot for hotel to provide. This hotel is for those that want a fully equipped apartment with dishwasher, microwave, etc... They have laundry room downstairs. The rooms have heaters and airconditioning.
