Location is great. Fab little restaurant literally beneath you. Monica and Pierre are really lovely and helpful

Room isn’t perfect. The fridge doesn’t really work and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly

I booked this property very last minute in the middle of the night and was still accommodated. The staff/owner was very kind and helpful. They were very flexible with me and I am very grateful!

Everything was very good, the shower leaked a little bit but I just used towels to soak up the water and rung them out to hang on the balcony.

It was horrible!! Please don’t go here!!

Don’t book this room!!!! It looks nothing like the pictures!! Unfortunately our stay which was supposed to be for 3 days was horrible. When we first entered the room there was a terrible smell and it was not clean at all. On top of that the airconditioning wasn’t working and it was very dirty. There were stains on the couch and it smelled very stale. To be able to sit outside on the shared balcony I had to clean a table since it was very dirty. It was really smelly outside and I soon found out that it was because of dead bird in the flower box. We had had enough: the room didn’t live up to our expectations at all , there was dirt everywhere, it was really hot in our room etc. so we decided to call booking.com. There was no possibility to inform the hotel first since there was no one there. Booking.com called the manager and he agreed to come over to check the room. He never came, so we decided to go downstairs to look for him. He was angry and didn’t want to talk to my boyfriend at all. He started yelling and began to bring up things that didn’t have to do anything with the room at all. It was supposed to be our fault. He told us that we weren’t allowed to check in before 18:30, but when we just walked by we were given the key and they didn’t mind us checking in at all. According to the manager us checking in earlier was the reason why the room wasn’t clean?! While the cleaner was supposed to be finished with our room when we came by. I called booking.com again and they tried to talk to the manager. We booked a room with airconditioning but booking.com told us that for some reason the airconditioning was no longer on the list of facilities, so they couldn’t do anything for us. The manager didn’t want to return any of our money so we paid 240 euros for 3 days and we stayed for not even 2 hours (1,5 hour calling with booking.com). Please don’t go here!!

Close to the central of Pallanza. In the room there is coffe machine.

The chek in was too late. And the wall are a little bit skin.

Solo la posizione molto comoda

Assolutamente la mancanza di igiene, sporco ovunque,scala, stanza, struttura degradata in ogni angolo, cortile con cose ammucchiate, sporco di uccelli e foglie lungo la s ala, ragnatele. Molto deludente e antipatico.

Posizione vicina al lungolago di Pallanza e alle aree più frequentate, zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Discreta pulizia. Nota particolare dei kit bagno con rasoio e schiuma da barba monodose e kit spazzolino-dentifricio. Macchinetta del caffè con cialde. Bottiglia di acqua extra data dalla proprietaria.

Check-in di corsa e rapido perché il gestore dell'affittacamere era anche il proprietaria della sottostante osteria degli specchi ed essendo arrivati in oraria di cena abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche minuto tra arrivo e sistemazione bagagli. Peccato che non abbiamo potuto neanche consumare un pasto in stanza perchè erano pieno con i coperti (seppur avevamo chiesto di consumare in stanza). Struttura in centro storico recentemente ristrutturata purtroppo non la porta e le finestre (una con vetro rotto con nastro adesivo ed imposte in legno rotte per cui la notte e al mattino presto entrava molta luce e caldo nonostante le tende oscuranti). Altra nota negativa assenza di condizionatore compensato in parte da ventilatore ad alta potenza.
