Best Western De Papilio

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, with minimalistic but adequate furnishings. The towels are thick, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool isn't long, but enough for serious swimmers. The hotel lobby is quite large and comfortable.

The pillow is not too comfortable. When I checked in, there was still dirt left in the bathroom drain (under the shower), it was still there the next day. I don't think the staff cleaned the shower floor properly. Breakfast tastes is just ordinary and not very varied, gym equipment is limited and some is not working properly. The AC wasn't cold, but when I reported it to the receptionist the next day, it wasn't long before they took action to repair it and it became quite cold.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a fantastic buffet offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always smiling, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff also made a great first impression, being welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, with everything kept neat and comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Rayhan from the reception, who was extremely helpful with all my questions and went out of his way to assist me — always smiling and very professional 😄 Overall, everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic and felt truly well taken care of — definitely a 5-star experience

I didn’t have anything negative to note — everything was great and I had no bad experiences during my stay.

The good part: the breakfast foods. The pool. The view. The location.

I book three rooms, two of which have fridge, one doesn't. Two rooms have a bad odour. Amenities in the bathroom also limited.
