The room was clean. The pool area was nice. I got a good nights sleep
The breakfast was not nice. Food was left out for a long time so cold or hard/ rubbery. I didn’t enjoy it.

Location wise, bed & linen.
1. No greetings and intention to help from the concierge on arrival.
2. Front office missed to checked that I have made a full payment. And missed to return my ID. No greetings and hospitality on my arrival.
3. Breakfast staff misheard and made fun of my sister‘s statement.
4. All staff used no face mask. No mask and handgloves on breakfast area.
5. Handsoap dispenser filled with water instead of handsoap.
