We had a wonderful stay; the staff were incredibly attentive and highly responsive to all our requests. We were lucky enough to visit during a quiet period. We were practically the only guests at the hotel, which allowed us to enjoy every corner of the property. On-site, you have the option to rent a scooter directly from the hotel, as well as arrange transfers between the hotel and the airport. The hotel also offers dining services; given that we visited during a quiet season for them, I believe they were not serving their full menu, but there was still plenty of variety to choose from. The hotel also organizes excursions to Komodo National Park. Transfers are arranged directly from the hotel, and the entire day—including a private boat and a guide—is fully organized for you. When it comes to excursions, there is something to suit every taste and budget. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking tranquility combined with modern amenities. We must also give a special mention to the breathtaking view, featuring an infinity pool that looks out onto an idyllic landscape. Thanks again to all the staff members—they were incredibly welcoming and truly attentive to our needs.

While the bed and bathroom were clean, the place hadn’t been dusted and wall mirrors on either side of window were pretty grimy. Also, they didn’t provide soap! I figured they’d forgotten but when I asked housecleaning, they said they don’t provide. They said to use shower gel or shampoo provided in shower. It’s practical, for sure, but a little strange.
