Staff where exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. Shower was very hot and strong. Disposable toothbrushes supplied. Air conditioning was good. As a budget hotel this room was definitely up to my expectations.
Floor was slightly dusty. (Just a little) Bathroom was ageing. Only shower gel and hand soap supplied. No shampoo. I noticed some previous guests complained about the towels. They where clean but greyed colour. This is as expected for towels that are usually handed down from higher class hotels. A good bleaching and fabric softener would rejuvenate them.

I stayed at Zest Hotel in Jemursari Surabaya for 3 nights and got breakfast the menu has many variants, there are only a few menus that are the same every day but all of them are quite tasty and the service is pleasant
I think it's good enough for the price, only room repairs are needed, such as wall paint, devices in the bathroom such as a clogged drain washtavel, the exhaust doesn't work

the linen and towel is to old. is not hotel standard or even house standard anymore. should change ASAP. because that effect the hotel class, as zest is nice and good hotel but the towel and linen situation make it drop to low quality.
