Loved the convenient location, friendly helpful staff (Alvin) and how clean and well-maintained everything was. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. Just what I need after a long, hot day exploring Surabaya.
The only downside was the loud sound from the heater whenever we took a shower, and the guest next door who kept slamming their door it got a bit noisy. Other than that, everything else was great!

Room was modern, open plan but pleasant. Separate door for toilet and shower. Huge and deep bathtub. Location was great. Close to everything. Eateries, shops, zoo etc. KFC was just across the road. Big supermarket next door. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Lastly, even though the hotel is right next to the main street, it was super quite in my room.
Nothing. Overall, it was a great experience.
